About the Role

We are looking for a creative and result-oriented Social Media Executive to manage our brand's online presence across multiple social media platforms. The ideal candidate should be passionate about content creation, social media trends, audience engagement, and digital marketing.

Key Responsibilities
Plan, create, and schedule engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Pinterest, and other platforms.
Develop monthly content calendars aligned with marketing campaigns and business goals.
Create and publish high-quality posts, reels, stories, and short-form videos.
Coordinate with graphic designers and video editors to produce creative content.
Write compelling captions, hashtags, and social media copy.
Monitor comments, messages, and customer engagement across platforms.
Stay updated with the latest social media trends, viral content, and platform updates.
Track and analyze performance metrics such as reach,



engagement, followers, and conversions.
Suggest strategies to improve organic growth and audience engagement.
Collaborate with the marketing team for product launches, promotions, and seasonal campaigns.
Coordinate with influencers and content creators whenever required.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience managing social media accounts.
Solid understanding of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Pinterest, and other social platforms.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Knowledge of Canva, Meta Business Suite, and social media scheduling tools.
Basic understanding of photo/video editing tools is an advantage.
Creative mindset with attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
