Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Service Manager to lead the dealership's service operations. The Service Manager will be responsible for managing the workshop, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction, improving service revenue, and maintaining high standards of operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and oversee the daily operations of the service department.
Lead, train, and supervise Service Advisors, Technicians, and Workshop Staff.
Ensure timely and high-quality vehicle servicing and repairs.
Monitor workshop productivity, efficiency, and turnaround time.
Maintain high customer satisfaction by resolving customer concerns effectively.
Develop strategies to increase service revenue and workshop profitability.




Monitor spare parts availability and coordinate with the Parts Department.
Review daily, weekly, and monthly service performance reports.
Handle warranty claims and ensure proper documentation.
Conduct regular team meetings and technical training sessions.
Ensure workplace safety, cleanliness, and adherence to safety regulations.
Drive customer retention through excellent after-sales service and follow-up.

Qualifications
Diploma in Automobile, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
5–8 years of experience in automobile or EV service operations.
Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role is preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
