Job Role

Looking for a Site Supervisor to assist in site execution, basic project coordination, and asset/equipment management.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in supervising daily construction site activities

Ensure work is carried out as per drawings and quality standards

Support monitoring of project progress and site updates

Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, and vendors

Maintain and monitor site machinery, tools, and equipment

Track asset usage, inventory, and movement

Assist in equipment maintenance and follow up on repairs

Maintain site records, reports, and logbooks

Ensure proper handling of materials and equipment

Follow safety guidelines at site





Visit sites when required for project or asset-related activities

Support smooth execution of ongoing projects

Requirements

0–1 year experience or fresher can apply

Basic knowledge of civil construction and site work

Basic understanding of BOQ reading, billing, and cost estimation

Ability to understand and explain basic construction drawings

Valuable coordination and communication skills.

Note

Candidates should be willing to visit sites when required for project or asset-related activities

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹30,335.06 per month

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Salem, Tamil Nadu (Salem)
