Manage end-to-end monthly payroll processing for employees across India, US, Canada, UK, NL, Qatar and Singapore Maintain and validate payroll inputs including attendance, leaves, current hires, exits, salary revisions and bonus payouts from Workday Ensure compliance with statutory regulations such as PF, ESI, PT, TDS, gratuity, and labour laws Coordinate with C&P; Partners (HR Business Partners)



and Finance for payroll inputs and reconciliations Manage employee queries related to salary, bonuses & reimbursements on Qdesk Support audits (internal/external) and maintain payroll documentation Detect inconsistencies and helps ideate and implement real time frameworks and/or corrections in payroll operations Support and later implement payroll automations to increase productivity Handle Full & Final (F&F;) settlements, including leave encashment, recoveries, exit letter releases and responses to ex-employees Coordinate and ensure proper responses for payroll queries from ex-employees within defined TAT If you like wild growth and working with happy, enthusiastic over-achievers, you'll enjoy your career with us !
