Job Title: Senior ServiceNow Developer – AI/GenAI

Location: Bangalore | Pune | Chennai | Coimbatore | Gurgaon

Shift: Regular (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM) / UK Shift (12:00 PM – 8:00 PM) (Project Dependent)

Job Summary

We are hiring an experienced ServiceNow Developer with expertise in platform development, integrations, UI Builder, Service Portal, and workflow automation. Candidates with exposure to Agentic AI, Now Assist, Virtual Agent, or AI-enabled ServiceNow solutions will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and customize ServiceNow applications across multiple modules.
Build integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and Integration Hub .
Develop solutions using UI Builder and Service Portal .
Create and maintain Client Scripts, Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies, and Flow Designer .




Troubleshoot technical issues and deliver scalable enterprise solutions.
Follow Agile methodology and ServiceNow best practices.

Mandatory Skills
Solid experience in ServiceNow Development .
Hands-on expertise in JavaScript, UI Builder, Service Portal, Flow Designer, Integration Hub, REST/SOAP APIs .
Experience with Client Scripts, Business Rules, Script Includes, and UI customization .
Positive problem-solving and communication skills.

Positive to Have
Experience with Agentic AI, Now Assist, Virtual Agent, or AI-driven workflow automation .
ServiceNow certifications ( CSA/CAD/CIS ) preferred.
