Oil Co. is looking for a Sr.

Tender

Executive with hands-on experience in Government e-Marketplace (GeM) to manage the complete tendering process and ensure timely submission of bids.

Key Responsibilities Search and identify relevant tenders on the GeM Portal and other government procurement platforms. Prepare, submit, and manage tender documents within stipulated timelines. Handle bid participation, reverse auctions, and order processing on GeM.

Coordinate with internal teams for technical and commercial documentation. Maintain records of tenders, contracts, and related documentation. Ensure compliance with tender requirements and company policies.





Liaise and visit with government departments and clients regarding tender-related queries.

Requirements Minimum 2–5 years of experience in Tender Management. Hands-on experience with the GeM Portal is mandatory. Knowledge of government procurement processes and documentation. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and email communication. Solid organizational, analytical, and communication skills. Knowledge of preparing and applying L1 comparative statements for direct orders.

Preferred Industry: Lubricants, Automotive, Manufacturing, Industrial Products, or similar.
