We are seeking a reliable and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee daily site operations, coordinate workers and subcontractors, and ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and to quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise day-to-day site activities and workforce.
Monitor project progress and ensure work meets quality standards.
Enforce safety regulations and company policies.
Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and project managers.
Maintain site records and report progress regularly.
Resolve in office issues efficiently.
Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
Previous experience as a Site Supervisor or in a similar construction role.
Solid leadership and communication skills.
Knowledge of construction methods, drawings, and safety practices.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet project deadlines.
Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
