Role & responsibilities
Supervise daily interior site activities.
Coordinate with clients, designers, vendors, and labour.
Read and execute work as per 2D drawings.
Guide carpenters and other workers according to the drawings.
Monitor work quality and project progress.
Check and receive site materials.
Maintain labour attendance and daily work records.
Take site measurements whenever required.
Capture daily site photos/videos and submit progress updates.
Ensure site cleanliness and safeguard project materials.
Report site issues and material shortages immediately.
Ensure work is completed on time and as per company standards.
Be punctual, responsible, and maintain professional behaviour.

Preferred candidate profile
Minimum 12th Pass / Diploma / Degree (Civil or Interior preferred).
13 years of experience in interior site supervision or execution.




Basic knowledge of interior materials and execution.
Ability to read 2D drawings and take site measurements.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Willing to travel to project sites.
Must be punctual, responsible, and committed to quality.
Two-wheeler with a valid driving licence is preferred.

Smartphone is mandatory for daily reporting.
