Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive Business Development Executive with 2–3 years of experience in Digital Marketing, IT Services, or SaaS sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, acquiring current clients, driving revenue growth, and building long-term business relationships. Agency experience is preferred.

Key Responsibilities
Generate leads through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, and networking.
Identify client requirements and pitch digital marketing solutions.
Conduct meetings, prepare proposals, negotiate, and close deals.
Manage leads, follow-ups, CRM, and sales pipeline.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project handover.
Identify new business opportunities and market trends.

Requirements




Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
2–3 years of experience in Business Development or Digital Sales.
Positive understanding of SEO, PPC, Social Media Marketing, Web Development, and related services.
Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Target-driven with experience using CRM tools.
