Key Responsibilities •

Build reusable platform services, templates, golden paths and self-service capabilities.
Design and automate cloud-native infrastructure across Azure and/or AWS.
Build and operate Kubernetes-based platform services.
Implement GitOps deployment patterns using Flux CD and/or Argo CD.
Create CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions.
Build reusable infrastructure modules using Terraform and Crossplane.
Embed security, RBAC, policy, observability and, cost guardrails into platform patterns.
Work with architects, SREs, security and product teams to standardize platform delivery.

Crossplane using Azure

Kubernetes

Helm, GitOps (Flux)

Cloud: Strong hands-on experience with Azure and/or AWS; cloud networking, identity, security and governance.
Kubernetes: Strong experience with Kubernetes, containers, workload deployment, RBAC, ingress, secrets and production operations.
GitOps:



Hands-on experience with Flux CD and/or Argo CD for deployment automation and workplace promotion.
CI/CD: Strong experience with GitHub Actions, release workflows, rollback patterns and Git-based engineering practices.
IaC: Strong experience with Terraform, reusable modules, state management and environment-based provisioning.
Crossplane: Working knowledge of Crossplane, control plane concepts, compositions, claims and platform APIs.
Programming (Dev): Positive scripting or development skills in Python, Go, TypeScript, Java or PowerShell.
Observability: Experience with Grafana, Prometheus, Azure Monitor, AWS CloudWatch, Dynatrace or equivalent tools.
Engineering Mindset: Robust automation focus with experience creating reusable patterns and supporting production systems.
