Experience as a Business Analyst with experience of working in a technology workplace, using business analysis tools/techniques to design and deliver business change
At least 5+ years of experience working as Automation / Business Analyst.
Should have a good understanding of Agile Methodologies.
Should have a positive understanding of SAFe Practices.
Should have good hands-on experience in Requirement Elicitation Techniques, UML and documentation.
Should have good experience in cross domain communication, conducting JAD and effectively stakeholder management.
Should have hands on experience in Sprint Planning, Tracking, grooming and prioritizing the backlog items.
Other Responsibilities:
Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their business needs and translate them into detailed requirements and functional specifications.
Data Analysis: Analyze business processes, data flows, and systems to identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions.
Process Improvement: Lead efforts to improve existing business processes by identifying inefficiencies and suggesting enhancements.
Documentation: Create comprehensive documentation, including business requirements, functional specifications, process maps, and user guides.
Stakeholder Communication: Facilitate effective communication between business stakeholders, IT teams, and external vendors to ensure project success.
Quality Assurance: Assist in the development and execution of test plans to ensure solutions meet the defined requirements and quality standards.
Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users to ensure successful implementation and adoption of current systems and processes.
Qualifications: Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably from life science / healthcare domain. Technical Skills: Proficiency in business analysis methodologies - Agile frameworks. Experience with data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Excel) and project management software like JIRA, Confluence.
Soft Skills: Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
