About the Role

We are looking for a creative and proactive Social Media & Graphic Design Specialist to manage our day-to-day graphic design and social media activities. In this role, you will create engaging digital creatives for our universities, maintain an active social media presence, and support lead generation initiatives. If you have a solid eye for design, understand what resonates with students and education partners, and enjoy producing impactful marketing content, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities
Create Digital Marketing Creatives: Design engaging digital flyers, posters, banners, and promotional materials for university updates, events, admissions, and intake campaigns.
Support B2B Marketing: Develop marketing collateral for education agents, institutional partners, and school networks to support recruitment efforts.
Manage Social Media: Plan, create, and publish content across Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook, writing compelling captions that engage prospective students and partner institutions.
Execute Basic Paid Campaigns: Set up and manage basic Meta (Facebook & Instagram)



advertising campaigns to generate student enquiries and support lead generation goals.

Requirements
3–4 years of experience in graphic design and social media marketing.
Prior experience in the Education, Study Abroad, or EdTech industry is highly preferred.
Proficiency in design tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator.
Strong understanding of social media platforms, content trends, and audience engagement strategies.
Working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and experience running basic lead generation campaigns.
Creative mindset with excellent visual design skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a quick-paced setting.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
