Sales Executive – FMCG (Snacks & Namkeen)

We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our FMCG team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our range of Snacks & Namkeen Products, expanding the retailer, wholesaler, and distributor network, and driving sales growth within the assigned territory. Key Responsibilities
Visit retailers, wholesalers, supermarkets, general stores, and distributors to promote and sell the company's Snacks & Namkeen products.
Generate new business prospects and onboard current retailers, wholesalers, and distributors.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business.
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
Ensure product availability, visibility, and proper placement at retail outlets.
Introduce new products, schemes, and promotional offers to customers.
Collect market feedback, monitor competitor activities, and identify new sales opportunities.
Follow up on orders, deliveries,



and payments to ensure smooth business operations.
Prepare daily sales reports and share market updates with the management.

Job Requirements
Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass (Graduate preferred).
1–5 years of experience in FMCG Field Sales, preferably in Snacks, Namkeen, Biscuits, Beverages, Packaged Foods, or Food Products.
Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
Ability to achieve sales targets and work independently in the field.
Basic knowledge of smartphones and computer applications for reporting.
Willingness to travel within the assigned sales territory.
Own two-wheeler and a valid driving license will be preferred.

Salary & Benefits
In-hand Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 (Based on experience and performance)
