Develop and maintain workflows, Flow Designer solutions, business rules, client scripts, script includes, UI policies, and UI actions.
Implement and support ServiceNow modules based on business requirements.
Build and maintain Service Catalog items, forms, tables, records, and dashboards.
Develop integrations with third-party applications using REST/SOAP APIs.
Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues, defects, and performance bottlenecks.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, administrators, and support teams.
Participate in platform upgrades, enhancements, and release activities.
Follow ServiceNow development standards, governance, and best practices.
