Role Description The Software Engineer role at DraftToDeploy is a full-time position based in Gurugram.

The Software

Engineer will design, develop, test, and maintain scalable web and software solutions, working across the full development lifecycle. Day-to-day responsibilities include implementing backend services, writing clean and effective code, reviewing code contributions, and collaborating with product and design teams to translate requirements into technical solutions. The role involves debugging and optimizing existing systems, contributing to architecture decisions,



and ensuring applications are secure, performant, and maintainable.

The Software

Engineer will also participate in documentation, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement of development practices.

Qualifications
Robust foundation in Computer Science, including data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles.
Proficiency in Software Development and Programming with modern languages and frameworks.
Hands-on experience in Back-End Web Development, including APIs, databases, and server-side architectures.
Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts and their practical application.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Experience with full-stack or web application development, version control (e.g., Git), and collaborative workflows.
Ability to work on-site in Gurugram, collaborate in cross-functional teams, and communicate clearly in written and spoken English.
Familiarity with cloud platforms, CI/CD pipelines, testing frameworks, and security best practices is an advantage.
