Key Responsibilities
Rapid Prototyping & Development: Build high-fidelity, highly interactive prototypes and scalable UI components for both Web and Mobile (Android/iOS) platforms to validate concepts and simulate current user interfaces.
Cross-Platform Consistency: Ensure pixel-perfect implementation of UI/UX designs while maintaining visual consistency and responsiveness across desktop and mobile devices.
Design & Eng Collaboration: Act as the technical advisor to the UX team and a design advocate to the backend engineering team, translating complex wireframes and mockups into high-quality front-end code.
Component Libraries: Develop and maintain reusable UI component libraries and custom view frameworks (e.g., Material Design) to increase design-to-development velocity.
Performance & Accessibility: Optimize applications for maximum loading speed, responsiveness, and accessibility.
Leadership/Mentorship:



Mentor junior developers, contribute to technical documentation, and help establish UI/UX development best practices.

Required Qualifications
Experience: 68 years of qualified experience in UI/UX Development, Front-End Engineering, or UX Engineering.
Core Tech Stack: Strong proficiency in standard web technologies: HTML5, CSS3 (Sass/Less), and up-to-date JavaScript/TypeScript.
Web Frameworks: Advanced knowledge of modern web frameworks (e.g., Angular, React, or Vue).
Mobile Development: Hands-on experience developing mobile applications using hybrid/cross-platform tools (e.g., Flutter/Dart) or native languages (Kotlin/Swift).
Design Tools Integration: Proficiency in translating designs from tools like Figma into responsive code.
