About the Role

We are looking for a energetic and results-driven Senior Sales Executive to drive business growth by identifying new opportunities, building robust client relationships, and converting leads into successful EPC and turnkey project orders. The ideal candidate will have strong B2B sales experience in the engineering or industrial sector and the ability to manage the complete sales cycle.

Key Responsibilities
Identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities for EPC and turnkey projects.
Generate sales enquiries through industrial clients, consultants, contractors, and OEMs.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and prospective customers.
Coordinate with engineering and technical teams to prepare techno-commercial proposals.
Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, and contracts to close orders.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Follow up on quotations, tenders, purchase orders, and payment collections.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities,



and upcoming industrial projects.
Represent the company at customer meetings, site visits, and industry events.

Required Qualifications
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, or Industrial Engineering.
MBA in Marketing is preferred.
4–8 years of experience in Industrial B2B Sales.
Proven experience in EPC, Turnkey Projects, or Engineering Solutions.
Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
Ability to understand technical drawings and engineering solutions.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
Willingness to travel for customer meetings and site visits.
