responsibilities We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Senior Sales Manager to lead our sales operations in Lucknow for Franchiese Sale of DELHI CHAI CAFE The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership abilities, a proven track record of achieving sales targets, and the capability to build and manage a high-performing sales team while driving business growth.Key ResponsibilitiesLead, mentor, and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue and market presence.Generate recent business opportunities through Networking, and client meetings.Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.Monitor team performance and provide regular coaching and performance feedback.Conduct sales meetings, review reports, and ensure timely follow-up of leads.Identify market trends, competitor activities, and business opportunities.Ensure achievement of individual as well as team KPIs.Required SkillsStrong leadership and team management skills.Excellent communication, negotiation,

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
