Location - Sec 32 Gurgaon, Onsite

Experience - 8+ years in Edtech (online higher-degree programmes exp must)

Notice - Immediate joiner only

Interview Mode- Face-to-face

Key Responsibilities:-

Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales executives and counsellors to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.

Experience in managing high-ticket-size programs will be an added advantage.

Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through effective prospecting and follow-ups.

Ensure high conversion rates from leads to enrollments.

Collaborate with marketing, operations, and academic teams to ensure smooth student onboarding.

Manage CRM tools to maintain accurate data and track sales performance.

Analyze sales metrics and prepare reports for senior management.





Identify market trends, competitor activities, and new opportunities for business growth.

Valuable communication skills.

Key Requirements :-

Minimum 8+ years of experience in B2C EdTech, and Experience in sales of online higher education programs is mandatory.

Should be able to work effectively under pressure and possess a target-driven personality.(Must)

4+ years of experience in team handling and achieving revenue targets.

Communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Ability to handle high-volume leads and manage a team of around 10 to 15 members

Experience working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Robust student counselling & relationship-building skills

Available to work six days a week, with one Saturday off
