Spare Parts Manager

We are seeking a agile and motivated Spare Parts Manager to handle spare parts sales, customer follow-up, and payment collection across Bangalore and Hosur. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience handling spare parts for industrial machines and be comfortable traveling extensively within the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities
Handle spare parts requirements for various types of industrial machines.
Submit quotations to customers and follow up on the same.
Negotiate and close deals for spare parts orders.
Coordinate and collect payments from customers in a timely manner.
Build and maintain robust relationships with existing and prospective customers.
Travel extensively across Bangalore for quote submission, follow-up, deal closure, and payment collection.
Interact with customers in Hosur, communicating effectively in Kannada and Tamil as needed.
Maintain basic records and documentation using standard computer applications.




Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

Eligibility Criteria
Diploma or BE in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Automobile Engineering.
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in handling spare parts for any kind of machine.
Should be able to travel around Bangalore for quote submission, follow-up, deal closure, and payment collection.
Two-wheelers are compulsory.
Knowledge of Kannada and Tamil, in addition to English, is preferred, as the role involves interacting with Hosur-based customers.
Basic computer knowledge and valuable communication skills expected.
