An Automobile Spare Parts In-Charge manages daily warehouse operations, supervises inventory control, and coordinates part supplies for workshop repairs.

Key duties include monitoring stock levels, ordering replacement components, and maintaining system records.

Core Responsibilities
Inventory Control: Monitor stock movement, track quick-moving parts, and reduce obsolete or dead stock.
Procurement: Place purchase orders with vendors, track incoming deliveries, and process damaged part returns.
Workshop Coordination: Issue genuine parts to technicians and support service advisors to reduce vehicle turnaround times.
Audits and Reporting: Conduct periodic physical stock verifications and log entries into ERP or Dealer Management Systems (DMS).

Requirements and Qualifications
Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Automobile Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Commerce.




Experience: 2 to 5 years of hands-on experience in automotive stores or inventory management.
Skills: Knowledge of car or two-wheeler parts, proficiency in MS Excel and inventory software, and robust organizational skills.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
