Responsibilities
Own end-to-end operations, ensuring processes run smoothly across teams
Build automations and internal tools to streamline recurring tasks and workflows
Use AI tools (Claude, Claude Cowork, and similar) to design and deploy task automations
Identify manual, repetitive processes and re-engineer them using AI-driven solutions
Write and maintain scripts/code to support operational tooling
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities
Monitor and report on operational KPIs, using AI to surface insights faster
Continuously evaluate and adopt current AI tools to improve efficiency
Requirements
5+ years of experience in a startup or high-growth setting.
Must be a Software Engineer by background — hands-on coding experience is mandatory.
Proved Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
Hands-on experience with AI tools such as Claude, Claude Cowork, ChatGPT, or similar platforms
Proven ability to build automations and AI-powered workflows
Strong understanding of operations management principles
Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills
Ability to work independently in a quick-paced, evolving environment
Nice to Have
Experience with workflow/automation tools (Zapier, n8n, Make, etc.)
Exposure to prompt engineering or building AI agents
Pay: ₹85,000.00 - ₹95,000.00 per month
