Role & responsibilities
Provide technical support to schools via phone, email, WhatsApp, and remote sessions.
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve software, application, and user-related issues.
Assist clients with ERP implementation, onboarding, and user training.
Configure software modules, user accounts, permissions, and system settings.
Escalate complex technical issues to the development team and follow up until resolution.
Preferred candidate profile
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, BCA, B. Tech, MCA, or a related field.
03 years of experience in Technical Support, Customer Support, Software Implementation, or Helpdesk.
