Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Tendering Executive(Civil) to lead our bidding division for large-scale infrastructure projects. You will be the strategic lead for the end-to-end preparation of competitive tenders, ensuring high technical accuracy. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in navigating IREPS (Indian Railways E-Procurement System) and high-value Government Contracts, ensuring every submission compliantly.

Key Responsibilities

1)Strategic Bid Management

2)Lead the end-to-end bidding process for complex civil works, including highways, earthworks, drainage systems, and structural concrete (bridges/flyovers).

3)Submission Leadership & PQR Compliance

4)PQR Management: Take ownership of the Pre-Qualification Requirements (PQR). Carefully evaluate company credentials against tender mandates to ensure 100% eligibility.

5)IREPS Expertise:



Masterfully navigate the IREPS portal and other government e-tendering platforms for document uploading, EMD submissions, and technical query management.

6)Quality Assurance: Ensure all tender documentation—from technical bid forms to bank guarantees—is error-free, authenticated, and submitted well before deadlines.

Required Skills & Qualifications

1)Experience: 8 in Civil Tendering. A proven track record of winning state or central government tenders (NHAI, Railways, PWD, or similar).

2)Software: Expert proficiency in MS Excel, MS Project/Primavera, and AutoCAD.

3)Platform Knowledge: Deep familiarity with IREPS, GeM, and State e-Procurement portals.

4)Analytical Mindset: Ability to read "between the lines" of a tender document to identify potential risks or savings.
