Role & responsibilities
Perform assembly tasks at assigned workstations cell handling, module assembly, wiring, cable routing, labelling.
Support testing operators during BESS unit testing; follow work instructions, assembly drawings and safety guidelines.
Maintain workstation cleanliness and 5S compliance; report quality issues, material shortages, or equipment problems to the supervisor.
Attend daily briefings/training sessions and support line changeovers and material preparation activities.
Preferred candidate profile
Positive hand skills and ability to follow work instructions and assembly drawings precisely.
Basic electrical knowledge circuits, wiring and safety; disciplined, team-oriented work ethic.
Willingness to learn and comfort working in a shift-based manufacturing setting.
