Care Assistant – The Retreat, Mary Rush Care Full-Time Positions Available (2 Roles) £12.21 per hour The Retreat, part of Mary Rush Care, is a specialist residential service providing high-quality, person-centred support for individuals with complex needs. We are currently looking to recruit two full-time Care Assistants to join our dedicated and professional team. This is an prospect to work in a calm, supportive workplace where the focus is on dignity, independence, and delivering exceptional care.

Role Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality, person-centred care tailored to each resident

Support individuals with daily living activities and routines

Promote independence, wellbeing, and a positive living environment

Build strong, qualified relationships with residents and colleagues





Work collaboratively as part of a team to maintain excellent care standards Candidate Requirements A caring, patient, and reliable approach

Genuine interest in supporting individuals with complex needs

Strong communication and teamwork skills
