Role & responsibilities
Operate and support Microsoft Teams, Cisco Webex, Zoom, and other Video Conferencing platforms.
Ensure meeting rooms are ready prior to scheduled meetings.
Provide in office technical support during video conferences.
Troubleshoot audio, video, camera, microphone, display, and connectivity issues.
Perform routine health checks and preventive maintenance of VC and AV equipment.
Coordinate with the Bank's IT team and OEM support for issue resolution.
Maintain daily activity logs, incident reports, and preventive maintenance records.
Ensure proper functioning of meeting room equipment, including cameras, microphones, touch panels, displays, and network connectivity.
Provide basic guidance to users on operating video conferencing systems.
Adhere to the Bank's IT security policies, confidentiality requirements, and standard operating procedures.
