Role Description This full-time, on-site Support Team | EdTech | AI role is based in Hyderabad. The role involves assisting students and counselors with queries related to university admissions, visa processes, and IELTS preparation through EdTech and AI-enabled platforms.

Responsibilities include managing student data in digital systems, guiding users through online tools, resolving technical or platform-related issues, and escalating complex concerns when necessary. The team member will collaborate with counselors to streamline workflows, prepare basic reports on student progress and platform usage,



and contribute feedback to improve AI-driven education tools. The role requires consistent in office presence, professional communication with students and partners, and adherence to data privacy and organizational guidelines.

Qualifications
Candidates should possess skills in student support, customer service, and stakeholder communication.
Candidates should possess skills in basic EdTech tools, learning management systems, and AI-powered chat or recommendation platforms.
