Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced TIBCO Developer to design, develop, implement, and support enterprise integration solutions. The ideal candidate will have solid expertise in TIBCO BusinessWorks (BW5), TIBCO EMS, administration and deployment activities, adapters, APIs, and web services. The candidate should be capable of delivering scalable and reliable integration solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, test, and deploy integration solutions using TIBCO BusinessWorks (BW5).
Develop and maintain integrations leveraging TIBCO EMS for messaging and enterprise communication.
Perform application deployment, configuration, and administration activities across settings.
Design and implement integrations using various TIBCO Adapters.
Develop, consume, and support RESTful and SOAP APIs/Web Services.
Troubleshoot and resolve production issues related to TIBCO applications and middleware components.
Collaborate with business analysts, architects,



and application teams to understand integration requirements.
Ensure solutions comply with enterprise architecture, security, and performance standards.
Participate in code reviews, testing, and release management activities.
Prepare and maintain technical documentation for integration solutions.

Must-Have Skills
Strong hands-on experience with TIBCO BusinessWorks 5.x (BW5).
Solid experience with TIBCO EMS.
Experience in TIBCO Administration and Deployment activities.
Good understanding and working knowledge of TIBCO Adapters.
Robust expertise in designing and developing APIs and Web Services (REST/SOAP).
Experience in system integration, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.
Good understanding of messaging, middleware, and integration patterns.
Robust analytical and problem-solving skills
