Operations & Atelier Manager

Purpose: Ensure the atelier runs smoothly every day while maintaining quality, production timelines, inventory and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations of the atelier.
Plan and manage production schedules.
Coordinate with chefs and production staff.
Ensure quality control and presentation standards.
Manage inventory of raw materials, packaging and supplies.
Place purchase orders and coordinate with vendors.
Handle order planning for retail, corporate and events.
Coordinate dispatches and delivery schedules.
Maintain hygiene, food safety and SOPs.
Resolve day-to-day operational issues.
Track wastage and improve operational efficiency.
Assist with exhibitions, pop-ups and live stations.
Manage opening and closing of the atelier.

Skills
Strong organisational and leadership skills.
Valuable communication and vendor management.
Comfortable using Excel/Google Sheets.
Ability to multitask in a quick-paced setting.
Experience in food, hospitality, retail or operations preferred.
