The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
Key Responsibilities
Contact prospective parents and respond to admission-related inquiries.
Explain the school's admission process, programs, and facilities.
Follow up with leads and schedule counselling sessions or campus visits.
Maintain accurate records of calls and inquiries.
Coordinate with the Admissions Team to ensure smooth admission processing.
Achieve daily calling and follow-up targets while maintaining qualified communication.
Required Skills
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Good convincing and follow-up skills.
Positive attitude and customer-oriented approach.
Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Salary ₹18,000 – ₹20,000 per month (Based on experience and interview performance)
