At NxtWave, as a Technical Content Developer, you will be responsible for creating and refining industry-relevant content for students. This role involves developing engaging content and materials that enhance learning experience, ensuring industry relevance, and driving continuous improvement. Job Responsibilities:
Develop high-quality, well-researched, and engaging content on DSA, including creating new problems, articles, MCQs, reading material etc.
Create educational material that caters to various skill levels, from beginners to advanced programmers.
Demonstrate problem-solving approaches and strategies through code walkthroughs, explanations, and demonstrations.
Gather and analyze feedback from the audience to continuously improve content quality and relevance.
Research and stay up-to-date with the latest trends, techniques, and best practices in DSA. Qualification & Skills:
Solid understanding of algorithms, data structures, and problem-solving techniques.
Good ratings on coding platforms like Codeforces, CodeChef or LeetCode.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English,
with the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
Strong self-motivation and the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in one or more programming languages commonly used in competitive programming, such as C++, Java, or Python.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to break down complex problems into manageable components.
