Position

Telecaller – Donor Relations & Fundraising Job Type - Full-time - Work from Office - Salary: Based on experience Performance Incentives Job Responsibilities - Call potential donors and explain the mission and impact of KILKARI CARE FOUNDATION.
Build trust and maintain skilled communication with donors.
Encourage one-time and recurring donations.
Follow up with interested donors.
Maintain accurate records of calls and donor responses.
Coordinate with the fundraising team to achieve monthly targets.

Requirements - Positive communication skills in Hindi,English - Confident,



polite, and persuasive speaking skills.
Basic computer knowledge (Excel, WhatsApp, Email).
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Previous telecalling, sales, customer support, or fundraising experience is preferred but not mandatory.
