Key Responsibilities
Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows Operating Systems on desktops, laptops, and workstations.
Perform installation, upgrades, configuration, and troubleshooting of RAM, HDD, SSD, and storage devices.
Diagnose and resolve hardware issues related to desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and other peripherals.
Configure and manage BIOS/UEFI settings, including boot sequence, virtualization, firmware updates, and security settings.
Configure and troubleshoot TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, switches, routers, and network cabling.
Provide end-user technical support for hardware, software, and networking issues.
Assist in IT infrastructure deployment, installation, migration, and maintenance projects.
Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for project execution and issue resolution.
Maintain documentation of hardware inventory, network configurations, and support activities.
Ensure compliance with IT security policies and organizational best practices.

Educational Qualification
Diploma (Polytechnic) in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics &
Communication, or related discipline.
Bachelor's Degree (B.E./B.Tech/BCA/MCA) or equivalent.

Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum 2+ years of experience in System Engineering or Desktop Support.
Strong technical knowledge of Windows OS and IT hardware.
Positive understanding of networking fundamentals.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
Willingness to work in office in Bangalore.
Solid customer service, communication, and documentation skills.
