We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-driven Telecaller to generate sales leads and convert them into customers. The candidate will be responsible for calling potential clients, explaining our products and services, and closing sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided data.
Explain company products and services clearly.
Generate leads and fix appointments for field sales team.
Follow up with existing and new customers.
Maintain daily call reports and update CRM data.
Achieve monthly sales targets.
Handle customer queries and provide accurate information.
Requirements:
Minimum 10th / 12th / Any Degree.
Good communication skills (Tamil & Basic English preferred).
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, WhatsApp, CRM).
Previous telecalling or sales experience preferred (Freshers can also apply).
Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
