· Coordinate interviews.

· Negotiate offers.

· Maintain ATS.

Role Overview

Lead end-to-end recruitment for GTM and enterprise sales roles across US and Europe. This chance is with Intellect Design Arena, a global FinTech product company that provides banking and financial technology solutions across the US, Europe, Middle East, and APAC. We are looking for an experienced US IT Recruiter with robust exposure to IT Sales Hiring for US and European markets.

Key Responsibilities





End-to-end recruitment for Enterprise Sales, SaaS Sales, and B2B IT Sales roles.

Hiring positions such as Account Executives, Enterprise Sales Managers, Business Development Managers, Regional Sales Directors, and other sales leadership roles.

Partnering closely with business leaders and global stakeholders across the US and Europe.

Building talent pipelines through LinkedIn and other sourcing channels.

Managing candidate screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and stakeholder communication.

Maintain ATS.

Mandatory Experience

10+ years of recruitment experience.

Proven experience hiring for SaaS Sales, Enterprise Sales, or B2B IT Sales roles.

Robust understanding of sales concepts and KPIs such as quota attainment, ARR, pipeline, deal size, and revenue targets.

Experience working with US and/or European markets.

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Preferred Background

Product-based IT, SaaS, FinTech, or Banking Technology organizations.

Recruiters who have successfully closed multiple sales and business development positions.
