Roles and Responsibility/Duties to be performed:-
Inventory &
Store Management.
Receive, inspect, and Store incoming material as per quality and safety standards.
Maintain accurate reorders of Stock levels, issues, returns and reorders.
Conduct physical stock verification and periodic audits.
Ensure FIFO, LIFO or other applicable inventory practices.
Ensure optimization of store inventory stock by planning and managing.
Supply-demand at all times with correct inventory materials are
available as per plant& requirement.
Material Handling &
Documentation
Handle unloading, stacking, and secure storage of spares inventory.
Tag, label &
Binning catalogue items in SAP.
Maintain GRNs, Issue Slips, MRS etc.
Ensure proper documentation for rejected/returned/ defective items.
Coordination &
Communication




Coordination with maintenance and teams for timely issuance of materials.
Liaise with procurement and vendors for delivery schedules & discrepancies.
Support Maintenance team in maintaining reorder levels against MRP.
Compliance &
Safety
Adhere to Safety procedures in material handling norms.
Ensure compliance with ISO, OHSAS and company norms.
Manage hazardous and sensitive material as per regulatory guidelines.
