Key Responsibilities - Inventory & Stock Management
Receive incoming materials and verify them against Purchase Orders (POs) and delivery notes.
Inspect items for damage, defects, or quantity discrepancies upon arrival.
Organize and label stock systematically using FIFO/FEFO tracking methods.
Issue materials and tools to internal departments based on approved digital requisitions.
Conduct physical stock counts and routine audits to reconcile balances with the database.
Data Entry & Documentation
Update inventory software (e.g., SAP, ERP, Tally, or MS Excel) for all inward and outward material movements.
File dispatch notes, material receipts, and supplier invoices for the accounting team.
Monitor stock thresholds and alert the procurement manager when items need replenishment.
Housekeeping & Safety
Maintain cleanliness and order within the store or warehouse premises.
Safely operate material-handling equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, trolleys).
Enforce safety protocols regarding hazardous material storage and occupational health standards.
Job Requirements & Qualifications
Education: High school diploma, intermediate (10+2), or a Bachelor's degree in Commerce or Supply Chain.
Experience: 1–3 years of experience in a warehouse, logistics, or store workplace (freshers with relevant certifications may be considered).
Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Excel; familiarity with inventory management software (SAP/ERP) is highly preferred.
Physical Fitness: Capability to lift, move, and sort heavy packages frequently.
Soft Skills: High attention to detail, strong organizational abilities, and explicit communication skills
Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
