Work Flexibility: Open to working in night shifts and adaptable to varying support settings.

Job specifications
Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related stream.
Good experience as a system engineer in BPO for about 02 to 04 years.

Hands-on experience with network infrastructure and cybersecurity principles, including threat prevention and system hardening.
Troubleshooting &
Problem-Solving:

Proven ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently across hardware, software, and network systems.
CCTV &
Firewall Management:

Familiar with installation, configuration, and maintenance of CCTV systems and firewalls for enhanced physical and digital security.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication; able to clearly convey technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Ticketing Systems &
