Key Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients as per hospital protocols.
Monitor patients' health condition and record vital signs.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the treating physician.
Assist doctors during medical procedures and examinations.
Maintain accurate patient records and nursing documentation.
Ensure adherence to infection control and patient safety standards.
Educate patients and their families regarding treatment plans and post-discharge care.
Coordinate effectively with doctors and other healthcare specialists to ensure quality patient care.
Respond promptly to medical emergencies and provide appropriate nursing interventions.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
