Job Title: Staff Nurse Job

We are seeking a compassionate, dedicated, and skilled Staff Nurse to join our healthcare team. Candidates with prior nursing experience are preferred; however, motivated freshers with the right qualifications are also encouraged to apply. The selected candidate will provide quality patient care, assist doctors during medical procedures, and ensure a safe and hygienic environment for patients.

Key Responsibilities
Provide nursing care to patients in accordance with prescribed treatment plans.
Monitor and record patients' vital signs, symptoms, and overall condition.
Administer medications, injections, and treatments as prescribed by doctors.
Assist physicians during examinations and medical procedures.
Maintain accurate patient records and nursing documentation.
Follow infection control, hygiene, and patient safety protocols.
Educate patients and their families on health management and post-treatment care.
Respond promptly to patient needs and medical emergencies.
Work collaboratively with doctors and other healthcare professionals.

Eligibility Criteria
Education: B.Sc. Nursing, GNM (General Nursing & Midwifery),



or ANM from a recognized institution.
Experience: 0–2 years of experience preferred; freshers are also welcome to apply.
Valid Nursing Registration/License (preferred or as per state regulations).

Required Skills

Basic clinical and nursing knowledge.
Ability to work in rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Solid teamwork and problem-solving skills.
