Job Role Summary

We are looking for a skilled and passionate MERN Stack Developer with expertise in Next.js to build scalable, high-performance, and user-centric web applications. The ideal candidate should have robust experience in both frontend and backend development using the MERN stack, along with a solid understanding of modern web development practices and deployment workflows.

Key Responsibilities
Develop scalable and responsive web applications using Next.js, React.js, Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB.
Build reusable, modular, and maintainable frontend and backend components.
Design and integrate REST APIs and third-party services.
Convert UI/UX designs and wireframes into clean, productive, and functional code.
Optimize applications for maximum speed, SEO, scalability, and performance.
Implement server-side rendering (SSR), static site generation (SSG), and API routes using Next.js.
Ensure cross-browser compatibility and responsive design across devices.
Manage application state using Redux / Context API or similar state management libraries.
Collaborate with designers, developers,



and project managers to deliver high-quality solutions.
Debug, troubleshoot, and improve existing applications.
Maintain code quality through code reviews, testing, and best development practices.
Stay updated with the latest technologies, frameworks, and industry trends.

Key Skills & Requirements
Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript (preferred).
Hands-on experience with Next.js and React.js.
Robust understanding of Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB.
Experience with server-side rendering (SSR) and static site generation (SSG).
Knowledge of RESTful APIs and API integration.
Experience with HTML5, CSS3, Tailwind CSS, Bootstrap, or Material UI.
Familiarity with authentication methods such as JWT and OAuth.
Knowledge of version control systems like Git/GitHub.
Understanding of responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility.
Familiarity with deployment platforms like Vercel, AWS, or DigitalOcean.
Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
Ability to write clean, scalable, and well-documented code.
