Job Responsibilities
Call potential customers from provided lead lists.
Introduce our CCTV and security solutions professionally.
Understand customer requirements and qualify leads.
Schedule appointments for the sales team when required.
Follow up with existing and prospective customers.
Maintain accurate call records and customer information.
Build relationships with dealers, distributors, and business clients.
Achieve daily calling and monthly lead generation targets.
Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth customer handover.
Requirements
Excellent communication skills in Hindi.
Basic English communication is a plus.
Comfortable speaking on the phone throughout the day.
Good persuasion and negotiation skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel or Google Sheets.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Prior telecalling, telesales, or customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory.
