Key Responsibilities
Patient Care: Assess patient needs, record vital signs, and execute advanced nursing care plans.
Clinical Procedures: Perform IV cannulation, administer injections, handle wound dressings, and manage emergency responses.
Leadership & Mentoring: Supervise junior nurses and train nursing students.
Administration: Manage shift handovers, keep meticulous medical records, and maintain ward safety standards.
Requirements and Qualifications
Education: Diploma in GNM or a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (B.Sc. Nursing).
Licensure: Valid registration with the State Nursing Council.
Experience: 2 to 5+ years of clinical experience in a hospital or specialized unit.
Skills: Robust critical thinking, infection control knowledge, and basic computer/EHR literacy.
