Maintain accurate and timely patient records and nursing documentation.
Observe patients for changes in condition and report concerns promptly to the medical team.
Ensure infection prevention and control practices are followed.
Respond to medical emergencies and provide first aid or life support when required.
Collaborate with doctors, therapists, pharmacists,



and other healthcare specialists to deliver quality patient care.
Supervise and guide nursing assistants and junior staff, when applicable.
Ensure patient safety, comfort, privacy, and dignity at all times.
Participate in quality improvement activities and continuing career development.
