Robust expertise in Adobe Premiere Pro
Working knowledge of After Effects (text animations, motion graphics, effects)
Experience editing short-form, high-retention content
Excellent sense of timing, rhythm, and pacing
Ability to create scroll-stopping subtitles (not basic captions)
Attention to detail at the frame level
Ability to work independently without constant instructions
