We are hiring a Technical Delivery Manager to own delivery end-to-end for AI-driven product and client engagements - someone who makes real architecture calls, reviews code directly with engineering, and also owns the client conversation.

Own end-to-end delivery - scoping, sprint planning, quality gates, enterprise deployment





Make architecture decisions across contemporary AI/LLM stacks (RAG, vector search, agent pipelines) directly with engineering

Scale engineering teams without losing delivery quality

Convert early pilots into production-grade, market-validated products

Own client and stakeholder relationships, not just delivery tickets What you need:

8–12 years combining hands-on engineering with product/delivery leadership

Strong in Python or any backend technologies cloud-native architecture (AWS, Docker, Kubernetes)

Direct experience with LLM APIs, LangChain, vector databases, RAG pipelines

Proven record scaling teams and shipping enterprise-grade products

Strong client-facing communication skills Skills: Python (or any Backend Technology), LLM, RAG, LangChain, AWS, Kubernetes, Delivery Management, Product Engineering, Technical Leadership What We Offer
