– Title Search Report (TSR) Executive

Conduct title searches by examining property-related legal documents and land records.

Verify ownership history, chain of title, and identify any encumbrances, mortgages, liens, or legal disputes affecting the property.

Prepare accurate and detailed Title Search Reports (TSRs) based on findings.

Review sale deeds, conveyance deeds, lease deeds, mortgage documents, and revenue records.

Coordinate with advocates, banks, and internal teams to obtain and verify property-related information.

Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and company policies while preparing reports.

Skills Required

Graduate in BAF Basic understanding of property documents and legal terminology.

Positive analytical and documentation skills. Proficiency in MS Word and MS Excel.

Robust attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
