We are looking for enthusiastic Telecallers to join our team in Kolkata. You will be the first point of contact for our customers — making outbound calls, answering queries, and helping the sales team convert leads. If you enjoy talking to people and can hold a explicit, confident conversation, we'd like to hear from you. Full training will be provided, so freshers are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers from provided lead lists
Explain products/services clearly and answer customer questions
Handle incoming enquiries and route them to the right team
Maintain accurate call records and update customer details in CRM/Excel
Follow up on leads and meet daily/weekly call and conversion targets
Escalate complaints or unresolved issues to the supervisor
Maintain a polite, professional tone at all times

Requirements
Minimum qualification:



Higher Secondary (12th pass); Graduates preferred
Good communication skills — fluency in Bengali and Hindi; working knowledge of English
Transparent voice, good listening skills, and a patient attitude
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, email, CRM entry)
Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated
Freshers welcome — training will be provided
