Mission

3D Die design and drafting of casting tool design in any software [Catia,

NX, Solid works]

Knowledge on Press types & specifications.

Knowledge on Press Automations (Panel transfer from 1 Press to Press).

Knowledge on Die standard parts & die cost estimation.

Selection of material, preparation of Detail drawings & BOM.

Creating Standard elements for Die Designs.

Knowledge of die designs with CAMs (Aerial CAM, Collapse, Swing and Rotary) with timing diagram.

Knowledge in Stamping processes, die structure,



Body structure & stamping feasibility concerns for both stamping.

Can be able to make and optimise process/operation sequence.

Additional advantage (Experience in Pattern Validation).

Performing benchmarking exercise and value engineering tasks.
